Dr. Schroeder is the Co-Founder and President/CEO of Organization Developments Consultants, Inc., a Brookfield, Wisconsin-based management consulting firm that has provided professional services to over 1,000 client organizations, of all sizes, and from most employment sectors, including faith-based and not-for-profit employers, since its founding in 1994. An accomplished educator, he has taught over 300 graduate and professional courses. For the past few years, he has taught in the graduate I-O Psychology program at Harvard University. Previously, he taught at Edgewood University (Madison, WI). He is the current Chair of the Wisconsin Examining Board, as well as serving as Wisconsin’s Commissioner for PSYPACT. He is the current President of the American Board of Organizational and Business Psychology (ABOBCP) for the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP).
