Oyejoke Coker

Dr. Coker is a scholar practitioner who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Constellation Group, bringing a rare blend of scientific rigor and extensive corporate experience and expertise in Psychological Science into the Human Development and Leadership space. Her PhD is in Applied Psychology, and she is a certified professional coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation. She serves on the ICF Houston board (as president elect 2025 after being director of programs and professional development in 2024). Dr Coker is a life member Psi Chi (the international honor society in Psychology) and a Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP (International Society of NLP) and Coach Trainer for both ICF and NLP certification paths.

With over 25 years in the corporate success, she rose to the role of Executive Director in banking before transitioning to leadership advisory and coaching. She holds a PhD in Psychology from Fielding Graduate University (USA), an MSc in Psychology from Arizona State University (USA), an MBA from Cranfield University (UK), and a BSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from UNILAG.

She is member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (MCIoD) and serves as a mentor for Women on Corporate Boards (WIMBOARD). She was recently selected for intergovernmental leadership coaching role by the Mandela Leadership Initiative at Arizona State University. Dr. Coker serves on several international boards, combining her leadership experience and psychological insight to empower individuals and organizations toward meaningful growth.
