Leadership, Learning, and Connection

For psychologists who lead, advise leaders, and develop leadership capability.

Psychologists bring distinctive knowledge and perspective to leadership. The 2027 SPL Annual Conference will explore how psychological science and professional practice can strengthen leadership across organizations, industries, and communities.

Through presentations, dialogue, reflection, and shared learning, attendees will examine how leaders make decisions, navigate complexity, develop others, and shape the organizations and communities they serve.

The SPL Conference Experience

SPL's conference is intentionally smaller than many professional meetings. The format creates opportunities for substantive discussion, professional relationships, and conversations that build throughout the event.

Four Days in Portland

Pre-conference opportunities, two main conference days, and a Sunday morning event.

Pre-Conference Events

At least four pre-conference events are planned. Session details, participation options, and applicable CE information will be announced.

Friday, April 9

Main Conference — Day One

Educational presentations, leadership dialogue, and professional networking. Programming is in development.

Saturday, April 10

Main Conference — Day Two

Continued learning, discussion, and opportunities to connect ideas across conference sessions.

Sunday, April 11

Post-Conference Morning Event

A post-conference event is planned for Sunday morning. Details will be announced when confirmed.
